Financial Planners
Would you like to become a Financial Planner at IFA of the Year 2010 Informed Choice? We have a modest ambition to recruit four self-employed Financial Planners this year, to satisfy our modest plans for business growth.
If you are a Chartered Financial Planner and/or CFP, or within reach of these qualifications, with an existing client bank and ability to generate at least £100,000 a year of adviser charges, do speak to us about your future at Informed Choice.
Important information for recruitment agents:
We do not usually accept introductions from recruitment agents. However, if you insist on getting in touch, we encourage you to read the following terms before calling us.
As an agent, we expect you to have carried out due diligence on the candidate before putting them forward for interview. For an FSA Controlled Function, you should have asked them to complete a ‘fit and proper’ person questionnaire. In respect of any negative responses you will provide detailed information to support the candidate’s application.
You will have obtained suitable evidence of the candidate’s record of success as described in the candidate’s CV.
Importantly, you should have reviewed our website to gain a thorough understanding of our systems and processes and our approach to market. You will have checked with the candidate that they are able and willing to operate in a team structure with suitable qualifications obtained to date, and in a fee charging environment.
When using an agent to recruit self-employed Financial Planners, the only remuneration model we find acceptable is a payment of agency fees from our share of revenue generated by the adviser over the first twelve months. This final point is not negotiable.
